So I have configured a sheet based on the information required to quote a particular equipment to vendors and in the sheet I have added a column for emails of the vendors, a workflow is created to request an update to the emails in the vendor column and when they open the request they can attach a quote and complete it so it gets logged back into the smart sheet.

All of this works great, the only problem I am facing is when i add multiple emails in the vendor column and when one vendor attaches the quote and submits it and when the second vendor opens the request he is able to see the quote from the first vendor in the attachment section, is there a way I can hide it so that the subsequent vendors cant see the quote from previous vendors when they open the RFQ form sent to them?

Hi Vamsee,

You’ll have to use one row for each vendor if they shouldn’t be able to see each other's attachments.

Would that work?

Hi Andrée,

Thanks and that option is on the table but these RFQ's have unique number for a easy search later, giving seperate RFQ numbers for same request but different vendor's is going to become cumbersome.

We could structure a solution so you could use the same number for multiple requests.
