Export to Excel - Certain Columns

Hello!

I know you can export to excel on a recurring basis an entire SMSH but is it possible to only select a few columns to send?

Specifically, this is pertaining to the "send as attachment" feature

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Not directly from the sheet itself, but you could build a report that only shows those columns and export that.

You can try creating a Report of your sheet with only the desired columns, and then run the reoccurring/scheduled "Send As Attachment" on the report.

In Report Builder you'll just reference your sheet in the "Where" box, and leave the "Who" "What" and "When" boxes blank. Then in "Columns" you can select the ones you want to see and click Run. Don't worry, you can re-order and re-size the columns once your back in Grid View!
