Sales Agents Monthly Schedule

Hi, we have just hired 4 Agents who will be going out to companies to do product presentation. Each agent must submit a list of companies they wish to visit and the intended visit date. As manager I want to know where each agent will be on a given date this month and every other date any other month. I've tried Annual Calendar Sheet but I am unable to work out how to enter more than one agent schedule. I hope I'm making sense. Any recommendations welcome.
