Sales Agents Monthly Schedule

Hi, we have just hired 4 Agents who will be going out to companies to do product presentation. Each agent must submit a list of companies they wish to visit and the intended visit date. As manager I want to know where each agent will be on a given date this month and every other date any other month. I've tried Annual Calendar Sheet but I am unable to work out how to enter more than one agent schedule. I hope I'm making sense. Any recommendations welcome.

Hi,

There are a few different options. Here's two.

• One sheet / Sales Agent and then a report to show everything together
• One sheet for all, but with different sections for each Sales Agent

Would any of those options work/help?

Two alternatives, and both could be combined with reports to make it easier for the agents to fill in the information.

1. Different sections in the sheet for each agent
2. Multiple columns for each rep
