Hi Lukasz,
If I remember correctly you’ll need to have the exact column names.
Try renaming the Email Address to Email.
Did that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Hi,
I have tried that already, and no luck. But the instruction are clear 'Email Address' not Email.
thanks.

Happy to help!
Where do you see that it should be named, Email Address?
It seems like there is a difference if you want to import to your contacts or if you want to import users.
This is for your contacts.
Before You Begin: Format Your .CSV File
The total number of contacts allowed is unlimited. However, you can import only 1,000 contacts at a time.
If you want to import contacts from Outlook, Hotmail, or AOL, you must first export the contacts to a .csv file. The columns in the .csv file must be named First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, respectively. Exact spelling is important or the list won't import correctly.

Here's for users.
Create a CSV with the first name, last name, and email addresses of the users you want to add.
The columns in the .csv file must be named First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, respectively. Exact spelling is important or the list won't import correctly.

I can see this here for an example https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/795920-manage-users-multi-user-plan
but as said already I tried with just "email' already and it did not work. I have open a support ticket, this should not be so difficult, not sure why it is!

Strange!
What I usually do to be sure that it works and what I would recommend trying if you haven't already.
Export the list and then delete everything and use that for the import.
Let me know if that works or what you find out with support.

Same Problem.
In the link mentioned here it saysthe 3 columns with "Email Address"
https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/795920-manage-users-multi-user-plan
Also in the example
In the documentation it mentions email only
https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2481890-admin-center-bulk-actions-and-more-with-user-management
But its not working. I tried both options
I hope the CSV is ; separated values, because no info is given about the separator

I had to save everything using google sheets. Only that worked for me. Its basically a crapy functionality that you need to use 'workarounds' to get it working.
cheers.
