Platform-independent icon for PC, smartphone to direct to specific Smartsheet url?

Greetings, all, complete noob here.

I have created a Smartsheet form for reporting product defects to our company in an attempt to make the system paperless. The link works and the database works. But now I need to publicise the form. It would be nice if I could make this work like an app, where you click on the custom logo and be directed to the online form from your PC, smartphone or tablet. Leaving just a link in an email may prevent people from using this system, and I don't think people would appreciate having to install the Smartsheet app on their phones just for this.

Is there a way? Am I asking too much?

I haven't tried it, but if the link to the form is published, you should be able to access is via an icon.

Hi,

You could add it as a shortcut on any device, and I might have an app on iOS where you can change the icon and more.

What plattforms do you use?
