Automated Workflows
Is anyone else having issues with automated workflows? I put in a support ticket yesterday, as simple notifications, when a specific item in a single select field is chosen send an alert to me. Still nothing received and it has been 7 hours. I've tried on three different workspaces/sheets and nothing. Rolling out some automated notifications to 26000 folks internally and many external suppliers, and it doesn't appear that things are working. Feeling a bit anxious.....especially since I have hear nothing from Smartsheet.

After I rebuilt the sheet, everything worked fine.

Hi Pamela,
One thing you may want to check is to make sure your personal settings are set correctly, so that you get notified of any changes that you make. By default this is set to "off".
Go to your Account, then click "Personal Settings", then click "Notifications", then make sure the checkbox called "Include my changes in sheet notifications" is checked ("on").

Yes, I am testing a workflow and had it go to my personal email address, as we are sending "Alerts" in a workflow to suppliers outside our organization. So it's more important for them to get it than me to get my changes. I make way too many changes and I was getting ton of sheet change notifications.
That workflow still hasn't sent anything to my personal email address, so I am frustrated, as we had an issue last week and now here we are again. It makes it very frustrating.

Are you getting the notifications in Smartsheet or nothing at all?

Sorry, I don't receive any automated workflow notifications from Smartsheet. I can receive email's if I send from a row. Hopefully that makes sense.

Ok. To clarify, do you get the notification inside Smartsheet in the Notifications section (Bell icon, upper right)?
