Card viewed by Dropdown list field

Hello - I have a few columns w/ dropdown lists. For some reason when I switched to Card view only three columns appear as option to view by. Why is that? How can I add another column as level?

What type are the columns?

Can you maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
