How do I SUM this formula with in the Same Row without Receiving a Blocked or Circular Reference?

Row17: IFERROR(Passed17 / $[Total Test Cases]$17, 0)

Row 18:Is a Sum within the same Column as Row 17

=SUM(Passed18:Deferred18)
