Import from another sheet

Hi, I have all my pay period with start and end date in a sheet (see below). In another sheet, I have a column with period number and I would like to add a formula who would say : If Period in the row 7 is equal to period 2 (or any other period) in my pay period sheet, import the end date of this period.

You can create an external sheet reference using the index/match combination.

Here's a closer look at the destination sheet:

I created two external sheet references. One is your "Date de fin" (which is the range from your posted sheet with end dates) and the other "Periode" which is the range of periods on the same sheet.

Using the index match looks up the end date where the period matches from your source sheet,
