Auto change drop down box

Hello,

I have been attempting to find it within the community but cannot find a solution. Is there a way to change a drop down box. What I would like to do is that when the Project # is entered...the drop down box changes from "Project Development" to Project Execution. But only want this change for when the Project Development has been selected. I feel like the answer is staring me right in the face. I included a checkbox as I thought that may help but have not been able to figure it out yet.

You would need to automate all of the other options as well. Once data is manually entered into a cell, it deletes any formulas that were previously in it.
