Why are my proof uploads getting stretched?

I am uploading PDFs to the Proofing section and they are getting stretched beyond recognition. My files are PDF files, not sure what is going on. Here is a screen cap:

Hi Wendy,

Have you tried in another browser and also in Incognito mode in the current one you’re using?

If that doesn’t help, and if you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

Thanks for the note. I'm the product manager for Proofing. What browser are you using? How are you creating the PDFs?

Safari...which may be the issue. :) I suppose I should try Chrome.... I am laying out the proofs in InDesign and just exporting them as PDF files...which is what I have done for the last 10-15 years...pretty standard stuff.
