work around in lieu of HLOOKUP

Here is my data that i tabulated from a form responses (FIG1), what i want to do is to come up with a summary of scores in (FIG2).

Column 2 Row ID would be my identifier. Is there other way i could have it done? Hlookup is not available here in smartsheet.
