How to display smaller data with an if
I have 2 columns, "@data" and "@responsible", I need to display the smallest date if the responsible is "x".

I need to display the lowest date when the colum "@Responsável (area)" is "commercial"

Try something along the lines of...
=MIN(COLLECT([Data de Validade]:[Data de Validade], [Responsavel (area)]:[Responsavel (area)], "Comercial"))
Depending on your region, you may need to swap commas for semicolons.
=MIN(COLLECT([Data de Validade]:[Data de Validade]; [Responsavel (area)]:[Responsavel (area)]; "Comercial"))
