Published Smartsheet item is not accessible when integrated with MS Teams channel as a new tab

Hello,

I have embedded a sheet from Smartsheet to the MS teams channel as a new tab and gave edit rights to my colleague. I have also shared the same sheet to the same user with admin rights in Smartsheet.

My colleague cannot access the sheet in MS Teams and getting the above error message.

How to give the sheet access and edit rights to others within MS Teams?

Hi Jasmine,

Are the users logged in with the same account on both Smartsheet and MS?

If yes, and if you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
