Syncing Smartsheet to Outlook Calendar

I'm trying to publish a calendar to my Outlook (which worked!) but it has been over an hour and I'm still waiting for an item added to the Smartsheet to appear in Outlook. Any help would be appreciated.

Smartsheet says that there could be a lag of UP TO 15 minutes. If it has not yet updated after an hour, I would suggest reaching out to Support.
