If formula for RGYB balls

Hi All,

I want to create a column so when i change the colour of the ball it changes to a set word.

So Green will say "install" for column 7

Red will say "work needed" for column 7

Yellow will say "At VC" for column 7

Blue will say "Back from VC" in column

Try something like this.

=IF(Status@row = "Green"; "Install"; IF(Status@row = "Red"; "Work needed"; IF(Status@row = "Yellow"; "At VC"; IF(Status@row = "Blue"; "Back from VC"))))

The same version but with the below changes for convenience.

=IF(Status@row = "Green", "Install", IF(Status@row = "Red", "Work needed", IF(Status@row = "Yellow", "At VC", IF(Status@row = "Blue", "Back from VC"))))

Depending on your country/region, you'll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
