below my name come when notification send to end users... I am owner of this project and developed for some other team... hot to remove my name in notifications mails...

Unfortunately, there isn't a permanent solution at the moment. There are only possible workarounds.

Yes, that seems to be the best workaround at the moment.

Strange! Never seen that happen.
If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
I think it would have been much better to offer options to your user base:
1) Use the name of the workflow creator
2) Use the name of the sheet owner
3) Use the name of the Smartsheet Automation tool
4 ) Enter the name to be used as the sender of the email
Seriously consider asking your user base before making summary decisions on the use of the platform.
Has there been any update on this feature being corrected. I am an admin and owner for many sheets, and since I am the one who sets up the notifications and automation, this is starting to create confusion. The option that Brian suggested above would be ideal.
How soon can we hope to see this resolved?
Following up on this thread as I'm experiencing the same issue where I'm the creator, but our team fields support questions for the automated workflows. Is it possible to assign a specific email address for responses (not an unmanaged account. but a group DL)? Should I create a user with that email address and transfer ownership?
