Automated Notifications

Can I change who a notification is coming from? We set up a form and the notifications are sent from "Shannon Heward via Smartsheet". Is there a way to make that generic? Please let me know. Thank you!

Thank you, Andree. I see that this is an issue for many others and I have submitted a product enhancement request. I hope that Smartsheet will give an alternative to those who don't prefer the new feature very soon!

@Shannon Heward - Thank you for adding your voice to the enhancement request. I've run into a problem with this today and my billing department is not happy for having missed Notifications.

Me, too! I just had an instance of an employee not sending invoices out because the reminders were coming from me and she didn't realize they were reminders (and I would have nothing to do with her department). <sigh>

Yes, that's unfortunate. I am hopeful that Smartsheet is working on an alternative since so many people have complained!
