Triggering with system date not possible - why?
Hallo,
I added the columns "start date" and "change date" from system.
Unfortunately, I recognized that it doesn´t seem possible to trigger an automation process with these dates.
f.e. send an email to Agent 14 days after Change date has reached.
Any idea?

Hi Jörg,
It is not possible to use this as 'the' change trigger.
But you can schedule a trigger daily by using "when a date is reached" and enter a custom recurrence.
And then add an condition for the trigger as you would like it on the system dates. Does this solve the issue?

You could also add in a date type column and use a DATEONLY function to pull the date. Then you could set your automation up to run on that.
