Changing a Form Margin

I am attempting to figure out hot to change the margins on a form response. Currently if someone selects to receive an email to show what they submitted; the margins on the left are not wide enough.

You can't change those, but...

You could remove the built in option for users to request a copy, add in your own checkbox for that and capture the user's email, then have an Alert automatically send with the trigger of that box being checked.

Within the alert, you can choose not to show any column and use {{Column Name Placeholders}} in a custom message text to have the data appear a little neater.

On how to remove the option for someone to check and provide their email address. The very last part of the form.

At the bottom of the form settings you can uncheck the box that allows them to request (see below).

Having the margins changed could be an enhancement request. With my OCD on how things should look (on forms or responses) - I referred a clean crisp look!
