How to remove attachments and comment in one click.

it's possible to clear all attachments and comments in spreadsheet rows in one click.... or we can remove each row attachments one by one..

You can remove one by one or all at the row or sheet.

Conversations / Comments

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to remove more than one at a time, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround you can save the sheet as new and select to not include the comments and attachments.

As per requirements, end user working one spreadsheet template in monthly basis .. after completing monthly activities user remove some columns data and again reuse template for next month activates.

In smartsheet how to create template which is reusable in monthly and based on template how to create dashboard.

please suggest.

It depends on the specific process. You could have a sheet as a template and make a copy of it for each month. You could also have a set with the sheet and dashboard and copy that for each month.

I tried deleting all attachments in all sheet rows via the UI and even though it did not complain, it did not actually delete any of them. I also checked the API documentation and it does not seem possible to use bulk operations to delete attachments from rows or sheets. It would be great to have this ability...in my use case I have several sheets where an automation ended up duplicating hundreds of link attachments and trying to delete them all in order to be recreated correctly is taking a long time (one API call at a time, to delete 25.5K attachments on one single sheet has taken 1 1/2 hrs!). I will also file this as a wish/request for future development. Thanks.
