Conditional reminder

Does this send an alert ONLY 30 days out, 20 days out and 7 days out - or every day that is less than 30, less than 20 and less than 7?

I want to send a reminder to complete a task ONLY 30 days before the end date, 20 days before the end date and 7 days before the end date conditioned on the task being a milestone/not done.

With the current listed conditions, this would not send a reminder for each X amount of days. This would send once it meets on of the listed conditions.

Alternatively, you may want to create 3 different workflows, or create a Row Reminder. If you were to create 3 different automation workflows, you can duplicate the first, and then just modify that days required for each one. See more on duplicating workflows and row reminders here:
