Can I use automation to copy only certain fields from a row to another sheet?

I would like to copy only a few fields to a new sheet every time a condition is met. The current Project List has a Date Modified field. Whenever the project is updated and that field changes, I would like to have just a few select fields/cells from that row copy over to another tracking sheet. Is it possible to select just a few fields to copy?

Unfortunately you cannot select which columns are copied, but it would be great if we could. Feel free to Submit a Product Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

To add.

As a possible workaround, you could use cross-sheet formula and VLOOKUP or a combination of INDEX/MATCH to make it work.

The 3rd party service, Zapier, might also be a possible solution.

Thank you - we can't use 3rd party apps without a long process for approval. But I will look into the VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH to see if they will work. I am unfamiliar with both - I'm lousy when it comes to complicated formulas 😋 - but I'll see what I can do. Thank you again!
