Hi there, we have a user on a Mac with OS 10.6. He is unable to use to open attachments or comments in any of the rows in the file shared with him. Not sure if the OS is the issue but everyone else on Windows computers are okay. Any ideas?
I can't speak to OS 10.6, but I have tested on a Mac and attachments opened/downloaded with no problem. You may want to suggest that he tries using a different browser in case that's the issue (you can review the System Requirements for Smartsheet in this Help Center Article).
Should that not work, please have this user reach out to Smartsheet Support, providing screen captures of his issue so they can troubleshoot with him.
