I need some help.

I have a vehicle service log that field techs complete when using a company vehicle. It is driven by a form that asks them to enter dates of use, specific vehicle, and mileage. I want to set up alerts based off a mileage intervals. For example, I want a vehicle to have an oil change every 5000 miles. The vehicles are not starting at zero. I am trying to figure out a way to send a notification to users if a vehicle's mileage reaches or exceeds the interval that will change with each service.

I think this would be best done with three sheets, a usage mileage log sheet, Service mileage Log sheet, and a Metrics sheet to take all the latest mileage entered for a vehicle and subtract the last service mileage if that is less than 5000 miles do nothing. once it is over 5000 send an email to the user. once the vehicle is serviced the service mileage will = the usage mileage again and then it will start the count all over again.
