Drag & Drop Emails from Outlook to Smartsheet
Just recently the wonderful feature to drag & drop my Outlook email to Smartsheet is no longer working. Unfortunately, we do not have 365 so this feature was very useful in sharing information. Do I need to update something? What is different and what can be done?

I've commented on the post that Andrée linked above, but I wanted to call it out here in case you haven't seen it:
Hi all,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I have been in touch with our Support team and they have confirmed that this is a recently reported issue we are actively working on resolving. I don't have an ETA for the fix but know that our Engineering team is aware and investigating it.
For now, as you've found, if the file is saved locally on your computer (for example, having first drag & dropped the email onto your desktop) it can then be uploaded into Smartsheet successfully.
