Make sure that there isn’t a filter active.

Are you able to share a sample sheet with a bit more info? I have recreated a sheet here with three lines with parent and child rows, provided access to another user with a free account and we can see all the rows. Even dummy data and a screenshot will help so I can try and recreate this.

@Cierr - Is there something additional to the screenshots above in my post that you'd like to see? I didn't get any more context except that the rows skipped from 46 to 48 (right over the "Q3 2020 - July Clinical" row) for this user. Let me know if there's specific information that would be helpful- if Andree's answer doesn't solve this I'll set up a test Smartsheet that could be shared!
