new user here! tracking system question


I have a person creating Eloqua emails upon request. The requester fills a form with instructions and attachments of the email body. The email body will be sent back and forth for edits between the requester and the person creating the email on Eloqua. Is there a way to track the edits and keep them all in one request? I am looking at something like a ticketing system (like Zendesk) where all conversations and attachments are within ONE ticket, in one place.
