Imported Excel Binary Field to Checkbox

I've imported an excel sheet with "1's" in fields, I'd like to convert those to checkboxes.

Is that possible?

you should be able to change the column type to a checkbox and have it work.

It clears out all the data, and the column becomes all "unchecked"
