Is there a "run now" option that will initiate a Workflow?

If I am setting up a Workflow that depends on a specific action, date, time, etc., and I want to see the results now to correct any missteps, is there a "run now" option that will initiate the workflow? I'm trying to avoid having to set the Workflow with a temprary trigger, watch the outcome, and if it works, go back and set the actual trigger I desire.

Yes, there is.

When I test things in a client solution, I usually add a checkbox column and add it as a trigger for the automation.

Would that work?
