Hi,

Is it normal that, in resources view, they still count task who are 100% achieved? My ressource seems overloaded but in reality, some task are completed.

How can I avoid that?

Hi @Julie Barbeau

When tasks are completed, are you adjusting the End Date to indicate when the task ended? If so, then your Resources should have the remainder of the time free, so it won't show as over-allocated in the sheet.

Additionally, the allocation alert icon won't appear on over-allocated rows if the end date for the task occurs in the past, but it will appear in resource views. (See here for more information).

Hi Genevieve,

I am frustrated with this same issue, I realize that adjusting dates post completion may be simple for some users, and also accurate task hour assignment is important. Having completed blue dotted tasks not appear in resource view (or be tagged in a different color) would be very helpful in this task and also quickly being able to re-assign resources that are ahead of task.
