Replace comma by period

Hi,

Is there a way that the administrator can change format of default thousands separator (comma or period) related to the regional preference? We use Smartsheet in French Canada Format, and the default thousands separator related to this format is comma but our employee would prefer to use period. I would like to use French Canada WITH period and not comma for all our users.

I think you should contact Smartsheet support.

To my knowledge, there is no way to centrally assign a separator for all account members.

Did you try to find another region setting with French using period as a separator?
