Sheet refresh not working

Hello, I have a strange problem and I am unsure of why it is happening.
My colleague and I were working in the same sheet and making changes testing some workflows and forms. Changes made by my colleague caused my Refresh icon to immediately appear but when I made changes or added a new row via a form she saw nothing while in the sheet. We waited a few minutes and still nothing. To see changes she needs to manually refresh Chrome. This happened to all those who are on site at work and I was at home working virtually. Only I got refresh icon immediately. Any idea why? Is it a network speed issue? Hardware?
