How to make a change in smartsheet after a workflow has already been executed?

I have a workflow that sends data from one sheet (A) to a second sheet (B) - this workflow is executed when the completed column changes to checked, using a checkbox. So, once the checkbox is checked on sheet A, the data moves to sheet B. There are times when the data needs to be updated or changed on sheet A and I can't figure out how to send these updates to sheet B, since the workflow has already been executed. Please help!

You’ll need to use cross-sheet formulas and a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH combination for that to work.

Maybe you could also use an automated modified cell with the row you want to copy.

Then automate the workflow to happen when the box is checked & date is modified. That should trigger it every time after it's been checked once.
