Not sure I follow!

You can use Smartsheet for invoices and a lot of other things. I recently developed an Invoicing solution for a client with reminders.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Hi Andree,

Thanks for coming back to me,

Basically, I am trying to set up a process where we can send an invoice and then follow up reminders. I would like to customize the headings so it says Invoice reminder and not just update request.

You'd use the Placeholder feature to I'd recommend using the Subject / Message fields combined with the Placeholder feature.
