Is there a way to have a report email only if a cell is set in a certain way? I have a report that I want to email but only if there the box marked review is checked. Is there a way to do this?Β

There isn't a way to conditionally email a report (such as when a box is checked), but I've got your vote down for this on our enhancement request list for further review by our Product team.

    Jeff,

I have used Reminders (date based) that trigger off another columns value.

That gives me the benefit of adding a message, which Notifcations don't have yet.

The date would be populated from a formula that looks at the [Review] column and perhaps something else so that it doesn't send when I don't want it to.

    Β

The message in this case would be "check Report X" - and could beΒ  link to the Report.

Thanks Craig. I'll try to set this up. I may have more questions of you if that's alright.Β

Of course. I stop by here occasionally.
