Deleted a Workspace and cannot undelete it

Hello Community,

I need help!! LOL

By mistake deleted a workspace on 7/23/2020, l was not the owner but had Admin rights, l can see all the items in my deleted items folder:

But when l try to Undelete them l am getting this error message:

Same error when l try to move them from the deleted items to a folder in Sheets.

Please tell me l can get them back! ☺☺☺

What steps exactly are you using to try to undelete?

Created a new folder in sheets and first selected 1 file and tried to drag/drop it in the folder and got the error message. Then, selected file and clicked Undelete and got the same error message.

Hmm... You may want to reach out to support for this one. You should be able to undelete.

Only the owner can recover deleted items, see the bottom of this Help Article: Recover a Deleted Item

If you were an Admin, you'll need to reach out to the owner to recover the items. Otherwise, if you're the owner and you're still having issues, I agree with Paul. Please contact Support with screen captures and sheet names so they can troubleshoot this with you in a private channel.
