Conditional formatting to apply to any single cell containing specific text across multiple columns

Hi there,

Is it possible to create a single conditional formatting rule across multiple columns that would only apply to any single cell that matches the rule?

For example, I may have a sheet with 10 or more columns for which I'd like a conditional formatting rule that highlights a cell yellow if it has a question mark '?' in it. I'd rather not have to create 10 different rules to do so. And if I want multiple rules like this, then each one would need 10 copies.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
