Daily Email Notifications - Send Time?

I've set daily notifications for automated workflows. What time do those daily notifications send? We have users in U.S. and Asia, so I would imagine they would receive daily notifications at different times based on their Time Zone settings?

Per the Help article titled Trigger Frequent, Change-Based Automations in Batches:
"Workflows set to run daily will evaluate changes to the sheet and execute between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM in the sheet Owner’s timezone and messages will be delivered between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM the next day."

@Ben Goldblatt, is there any way to specify the time at which the daily workflow runs? I have a sheet that is populated by form submissions that I review once daily at 2pm for the previous 24 hours, so I'd like the workflow to execute at that time so I receive a preview email at the review time.

Instead of having the trigger be set to when something changes or is added, you can change the trigger to be when a Date is Reached, with a custom recurrence:
Then you can set it to repeat every day, and at a specific time.

Then you can use Condition Blocks to filter down what rows you want included in the alert. See: Condition Blocks: Filter What Your Automated Workflows Send
