Count # of Issues by Date

I have a issue tracker where issues are submitted daily. Looking for a way to count # of issues by Date (# Opened vs # Closed), using the created and modified system columns. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @rlakin52911

    I would insert a helper date column and take the first 8 characters from the created column so you have a date to work with. Then use a COUNTIFS formula in a metric sheet so you autofill future dates for less maintanence on the sheet. Lastly, use the metric sheet data to add widgets to a dashboard to share.

    =LEFT(Created@row, 8)
