Move Rows Error
Hi,
This workflow used to work fine. I moved some sheets into a different workspace and now it won’t work no matter what I do.
I have deleted the workflow and recreated and it still is not working. Has anyone seen this error or know how to fix it?
Below is an image of the workflow. Attached are the source and target sheets. I deleted the data out of it for security purposes.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Looks like you might be hitting the cell limit in your destination sheet, try deleting some rows or archiving that data and creating a new sheet?

I made a copy of my archive sheet (to keep my archived data) and deleted the data out of the original archive sheet (where I am trying to move data into) and it still did not work. 😥
I'm not sure what is going on.

How did you delete the data? If you just "clear out" the rows by deleting the content so the cells look blank, the sheet actually still counts these as used rows based on the history stored in them (you can check this by right-clicking and seeing if there's any Cell History).
You will want to completely delete the entire row out of Smartsheet so the only rows available are fresh without any history, versus clearing the content. Let me know if this makes sense!

I completely deleted the rows. Not clear contents. There is no cell history. Thanks.

As a tester, can you try and move a row over to a different sheet? (Ex. create a copy of the current destination sheet by using Save as New). Make sure the owner of the current sheet is shared to that other sheet, if it's not you.
If it still errors, I would try cloning the workflow and then using a fresh one to locate the old sheet
If that still doesn't work, please contact Smartsheet Support and provide them with the sheet names, screen captures, and list of the troubleshooting steps you tried.
