Scrollable text on a dashboard or report?

Is there a way to add content from a text cell to a dashboard via metric, report or other widget so the resulting visual on the dashboard is scrollable within the dashboard? This is to accommodate a variable amount of text in the cell from the source sheet.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
