Conditional formatting has disappeared!

Very strange! The conditional formatting of one of my spreadsheets just disappeared. I open the configurator and it is empty. Some settings are being applied but most are gone!

I am the only one allowed to change and nothing has changed. It happened overnight.

This has happened to our account too! Empty condition formatting interface where there used to be several conditions.

We recently discovered an issue with Conditional Formatting where it removed the rules from Sheets.
