Automate UAT Test Script

I am looking for a way to create a test script using forms. Multiple users would complete the script which would populate a single sheet that could be reported off......

If a tester completes a step in the script (form1), they would submit/save and it would call the next step (form2), each form when complete would save to the same row in the sheet.

Has anyone done something similar?

You would want to send out the initial form and capture the email address. Then you can automate update requests for the remaining sections to populate that same row.

Thank you for replying. Yes, I had the 1st form ask for email address, then used that to populate the address on each subsequent form ..... I'm glad I'm on the right track with this ;) Planning to have this new test script tested out next week. I'm hopeful that this solution will make life of UAT testers easier and will give us a great dashboard view on testing activities! We are also looking to automate the screen shot process and looking into solutions for that as well. Thanks for taking the time to respond to my inquiry - its nice to know there is support out there!
