How can you capture the date stamp of a status change?
I am trying to capture the date stamp for when a row changes from one status to another. Is there any workaround to get this information, for example from using an integration to another software or through a report? I know you can look at an individual cell's history, but I will need to do this for hundreds of rows, so that is not sustainable. Capturing this data is vital to my team using Smartsheet.

Hi all - so I just tried this and it doesn't seem to work when I have a the health status color change on our project rollup sheet. These health statuses are referenced from the project objects.
I tried "When Project Health changes to Any Value" to this. It did not work. The column project health is a referenced column which links via SCC at creation. However, I can trigger an email notification if the column values changed. Any ideas?

You might need to set that up as separate conditions... If it changes to red, if it changes to blue, if it changes to green, all with the same action. I have had issues where sometimes it was reading as it had to be all of those things. You also should test with a separate account, as sometimes I have had issues where the automation wasn't triggered by my own account in testing for various reasons.

Actually... you also have to save the sheet. Did you save the sheet before checking to see if a date is populated?
