Parent/Children formula help.
Hi! I am wondering if someone can help me with a formula? I have a parent row with multiple children row underneath. I have a column with checkboxes to be marked when the task is completed. After all children rows tasks are completed, I want the parent row checkbox to become checked. Is this possible?

Try something like this...
=IF(COUNTIFS(CHILDREN(), 1) = COUNTIFS(CHILDREN(), OR(@cell = 1, @cell <> 1)), 1)

Hi @Laura Bell
Of course it's possible.
That's how it's done in your parent row:
=IF(COUNT(CHILDREN([Main Column]@row))=COUNTIF(CHILDREN(),1),1,0)
Hope it helped

@Paul Newcome Can you help me figure out what I think should be an easy formula similar to the ones above but I keep returning unparseable
I want the check box to check if there are children rows under the parent. That's all just check the box if the row has children or not.
I had this formula but it's not working: =IF(CHILDREN([Task Name]@row, 1, 0)

I hope you're well and safe!
Try something like this.
=IF(COUNT(CHILDREN([Task Name]@row)) > 0, 1, 0)
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
