Receiving multiple copies of same notification and request

My sheet includes several automations, including notifications and approval requests. Each time a Smartsheet automation is triggered, it sends duplicate copies to each of the intended recipients. How do I resolve this?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Was this resolved? I am having the same issue with duplicate notifications.

My issue is that l have 2 identical workflows for different site types, whenever l trigger a site type, l get a notification from the second site type. I am sure there's a field that is the same in both but for the life of me, l cannot figured out which one. These are my workflows:
