Watermark a Dashboard?

I think the answer is no, but wondering if it is possible to change the background of a Dashboard/Portal to a watermark image?

You're right, this isn't currently possible in Dashboards (please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a minute!). Backgrounds for Dashboards currently only have two options, either white or pale gray:

@John Jonassen is also correct in that it's not possible to overlap widgets at this time, either.

If you're on a multi-user plan, then you could apply a colour and logo to the Workspace that the dashboard is located in, which would give it a customized heading (see here). Hope that helps!

I don't think so either. And since you can't overlap widgets, you won't be able to do an image or rich text behind a metric (as an example) to work around the limitation.
