CountIf function trying to count columns including certain text across sheets

Hi,

I'm trying to create a chart in a dashboard that will show how many jobs are "Pipline, Ongoing or Complete" from a column.

The only way I can think to do this is to create another sheet with dashboard info, and create a count column. I've used the below formula but it isn't working

Any ideas where I am going wrong?

The curly braces only go around the cross sheet reference.
