Mult. IF condition questions

Trying to make a formula where the cell is Green if 4 criteria are met, but below does not work

=IF(AND([COI]@row=1, [Reviewer Agreement]@row=1, [Financial Document]@row=1, [Smartsheet Training]@row =1) "Green", "Red")

Try this.

=IF(AND(COI@row = 1, [Reviewer Agreement]@row = 1, [Financial Document]@row = 1, [Smartsheet Training]@row = 1), "Green", "Red")
